Kurzbeschreibung des Experiments
The aim of this study is to explore the relation between collaboration with conversational agents (CAs) and social camouflaging. Participants who have used a text- or voice-based CA at least once in the past 12 months complete a survey on their collaboration intensity with CAs, including scales for both text-based chatbots and voice assistants. Furthermore, they fill out the Camouflaging Autistic Traits Questionnaire (CAT-Q) and an optional item asking whether they have received a diagnosis related to neurodivergence (e.g., autism, ADHD). Lastly, they provide demographic information (age, gender, education).
Participation is anonymous and voluntary.
Bivariate correlations between the intensity collaboration with CAs (text- and voice-based) and social camouflaging (with the facets masking, assimilation, and compensation) will be assessed.
